Salmon on asparagus

Here is a beautiful simple dish

Ingredients needed

Fresh salmon 300g

Handful of asparagus

handful of rocket leaves

Rock salt & black pepper

Rock Salt


Wash a handful of rocket, and lay on plate

Take asparagus, give it a good rinse with water add a pinch of salt, place asparagus in pan add a drizzle of olive oil,  pan fry the asparagus until it loses rigidity this should take 8 to 12 mins, lay asparagus on rocket

take the salmon fillet, and season with rock salt an black pepper

Place salmon skin side down on to not stick pan, pan fry for 7 mins then seal the other sides of the salmon 30 seconds at a time, remember the salmon will still be cooking when taken of the pan, so be careful not to over cook you want the salmon to be slightly pink in the middle when sliced .

Place salmon on top of asparagus.   Dinner is served. Enjoy
