I believe in healthily eating made easy and most importantly good tasting food. Just because you may be on a diet or on a new eating plan, it doesn’t mean that your food needs to be bland and boring. Through my blog, I wish to show you fresh meals and snacks and also to motivate, which I might add is very important
I love cooking, when experimenting with food, it’s exciting when your buying new ingredients, and tasting how the flavors work together
Another reason for writing this blog is that people often ask how I cook my meals and how to find the time, understandably people have busy lifestyles, I can see why the majority of people find it hard to stick to a healthy lifestyle, everything is packaged, to be eaten on the go, but in my eyes its not acceptable to feed yourself junk food.
But I Believe it can be done, with just more thought out decisions and a little prep with your meals we will succeed
I have spent quite a few years living a healthy lifestyle and an avid gym goer and I believe the two go hand in hand with each other
So your thinking to clean up your food habits “Lets not call it a diet”, because in my eyes that has automatic connotations of you having restrictions on the foods you enjoy then this is the right page for you, flexible dieting can be done and you can enjoy the sweeter foods but everything in moderation is my motto I ‘ll repeat in MODERATION. Your food consumption should be a variation of food dense high in nutrients, to feed you body, be good to your body, and your body will be good to you.
